• About the Variations
The plain "Odaka no Tsuyuakane" is enhanced with a slight touch of salt to bring out its flavor.
"Odaka no Tsuyuakane active+" has a salt concentration of 0.8%, making it the ideal drink for replenishing salts after a sauna or exercise.

• About the Rare Plum Variety "Tsuyuakane"
"Tsuyuakane" is a new variety created by crossing ume (Japanese plum) and Japanese peach. It is characterized by larger fruits and vibrant red flesh compared to regular ume. With its mild flavor and high sugar content, it has recently gained attention as a variety suitable for processed products such as plum wine and plum juice.
Due to the additional steps involved, such as post-ripening and frozen aging, production is limited, making it a rare variety nationwide.
Additionally, it contains higher levels of citric acid and anthocyanins compared to other varieties, providing potential health benefits such as fatigue recovery and improved dietary balance.
